# Community Governance

Kart Rumble is committed to building a decentralized and community-driven ecosystem where token holders have meaningful influence over the game's evolution. To support this vision, the platform will implement a structured governance model powered by RBT staking.

Governance participation will initially be implemented via a snapshot-based voting system, where users who stake RBT can vote on key decisions without needing to move their tokens or pay gas fees. In the long term, this may evolve into a custom DAO framework with more advanced on-chain proposal and execution mechanisms.

Voting rights will be proportional to the amount of RBT staked at the time of each snapshot. This model incentivizes long-term holding while ensuring that active contributors help shape the platform’s future.

Governance topics will include, but are not limited to:

* Track Releases\
 Community votes will help determine the release order of new race tracks, prioritizing player interest and gameplay variety.\
* In-Game Events\
 Players will have input on limited-time events, seasonal themes, and challenge formats, fostering a more engaged player base.\
* Prize Pool Allocations\
 For major tournaments or on-chain competitions, RBT holders can vote on how prize pools are distributed across tiers, rewards, and participant categories.\
* NFT Trait Design & Rarity\
 Proposals may involve introducing new visual traits, adjusting rarity distributions, or collaborating with community artists for special-edition NFTs.\
The goal of this governance framework is to empower the Kart Rumble community to actively guide the evolution of the ecosystem, ensuring that new features and content align with the interests of long-term supporters and players.
