# Multiplayer & Competitive Infrastructure

The full multiplayer version of Kart Rumble will be rolled out in stages, starting with:

* Player-vs-player (PvP) matchmaking
* Private friend lobbies
* Ranked leaderboards and weekly rewards

Long-term, we aim to build a cross-platform online experience featuring:

* Tournaments with live prize pools
* Seasonal ranked ladders
* Event-driven race leagues
* Community-hosted competitions and esports potential

Multiplayer functionality will be tightly integrated with both RBT utility and NFT access, unlocking monetized race events, premium tournaments, and wagering systems.
